James Bunting - Educating the Industry
James has been helping to define the digital marketing agenda for over a decade. In his day job he heads up the Client Services division at the Communicator Corporation. He has overall responsibility to our clients for ensuring the delivery of digital communications to over 90 counties and in excess of 30 languages which return over £2 billion each year.As Head of Client Services, James oversees the delivery of Communicator Corporation's world-class Client Consultancy, Customer Support, Training and Delivery Assurance teams.
James has been instrumental in developing digital communication strategies for wide range of clients, across diverse sectors, such as Best Western, Hallmark, Toshiba, Reuters, Flybe, Moonpig, Adidas and many more.
Along with being a frequent industry speaker and contributor to leading publications, James sits on the Direct Marketing Association's Email Marketing Council and works on the DMA Email Benchmarking Hub. His objective with the DMA is to provide companies involved in digital marketing with a series of benchmarks to help their planning and to enable them to make informed marketing decisions.
