Robert Keitch, Director of Media Channel Development and Environmental Affairs, DMA (UK) Robert Keitch joined the DMA in May 2006 having spent the last 25 years as a practitioner in the direct marketing industry. His primary role within the DMA concerns the promotion of media channel issues and opportunities. Additionally, his role is tasked with creating and delivering an environmental campaign which will effectively lead the direct marketing industry through a series of development stages intended to lessen impacts. He has extensive experience of both agency and client side marketing roles. His current experience has to a large extent been concerned with finding & delivering creative and strategic direction to a wide range of commercial as well as 'brand development' issues. This strategic planning skill has also been exercised across a diverse range of market sectors â€" services, B2B, food and non-food consumer goods. robert.keitch@dma.org.uk
