An organisations corporate and social responsibility and the direct marketing activity is an interesting picture.

The GreenScape survey was commissioned by the DMA Financial Services Council to explore and understand what Financial Service direct marketers were actually doing to reduce the environmental impacts of their direct communications. As part of this study a wider organisational perspective was sought on the 'green' agenda.

Sallie Hinks is one of the founding directors of Parallel Marketing a company delivering a range of marketing activities for large corporate organisations and SME businesses. Run by individuals who are always pragmatic and hands-on, an approach that has enabled them to work across a number of different business sectors.

Prior to running her own company she worked full-time in the banking and building society sector within several core product and customer divisions. She started her career in public relations before moving into the wider marketing arena and has experience of working both client and agency side.
