Robert Keitch was promoted to chief of Membership & Brand in June 2009. His new appointment means that he now serves as the public 'face' of the DMA; manages its relationship with its members, directs thought leadership initiatives; drives the creation of new industry-facing products and services; and leads an enhanced programme of government and industry-stakeholder engagement.
