DMA Participation Media Report - a study into consumer perceptions and use of direct marketing. The research explores general consumer attitudes to marketing as well as their shopping and lifestyle habits. The study then compares these attitudes and perceptions with reality by recording the direct marketing they receive and their responses to it.
National DMA Email Marketing Benchmarking Report - revealing an improvement in delivery rates, suggesting a better understanding among ESPs of the issues surrounding deliverability. The increased focus on deliverability is supported in the report with the majority of ESPs citing deliverability issues as their most important concern.
The DMA, ISBA and the ISP are backing a new accreditation scheme for response management companies. The Accredited Response Management scheme will provide clients with a quality assurance by enabling response management companies to demonstrate that they offer a high standard of skills, professionalism and services to an independently accredited level.
