Chris started catchpole&friends in August 2005, a unique agency with the defined philosophy of 'Helping companies make friends with their customers'. After years in agencies like Tullo Marshall Warren, Lowe Direct, Saatchis, Bates and latterly Harrison Troughton Wunderman as Associate Creative Director with Steve Harrison, he decided to base an agency on a series of rules that help guide the client/customer relationship. The 'Rules of Friendship' mean that all the agency's work is lead by real human interaction. He currently works on a broad spectrum of clients such as Unilever, Anglian Home Improvements, The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign and GSK.

Chris lectures regularly for the DMA and FEDMA and is the current Chairman of The DMA Creative Forum where he has helped launch their new blog - www.thecreativeforum.org.uk

Winner of numerous industry awards, including three DMAs in 2007 and five nominations at Cannes Direct Lions, he passionately believes in creativity in direct marketing.
